Welcome to the Herbivorous Epicure!

This blog is for those of you fellow travelers who love plant-based cooking (and eating).

I know there are a lot of food blogs out there, most of which contain paragraph after paragraph of personal anecdotes visitors must scroll through before getting to the good stuff. I want this blog to be the different, the kind of blog I would want to read.

So while I do provide some helpful notes and commentary, this sprinkle of words are guides and background information relevant to the recipe and curious Epicure.

Otherwise in each post I get right to the recipes you came here for, which I hope you love.
