Pinole
Ingredients
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 t cinnamon
1 T brown sugar, honey, or agave
Chia seeds
Toast cornmeal over medium heat until light brown, about 5 minutes. Mix in cinnamon or other spices. Add desired amount of water (a lot=drink; a few T = oatmeal-like). Bake 350 for 10-15 min until brownie texture.
